WARRANTY

  1. ASCO  offers warranty on its all products as per the warranty periods.
  2. During the warranty period and under normal use, if the product/ component / part is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced.
  3. Warranty remains applicable only if the products have been used all times strictly in accordance to the given maintenance guidelines.
  4. In the event of non-availability of components or parts due to any reason whatsoever ASCO  or its Authorized Service provider or the Dealer shall not be responsible or liable for any delay that may be caused to service / repair of the Products, and no claims financial or otherwise will be entertained.
  5. ASCO   and customer agree that ASCO   will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of use or inability to use its product.

Company will not be responsible for breaking of product during or after the installation or loss caused during or after the installation of the product.

 

Guidelines For Maintaining the Asco Products

  • Kindly follow the guidelines mentioned below to give you the best results and to maintain the finishes and longevity of the product.
  • Clean the product with water-soaked soft towel or bathing soap solution once in a day or two to keep the plated surface clean and free from any deposits.
  • Don’t use any kind of cleaning/detergent agent, which contains acids or chemicals such as flush cleaner, Harpic etc.
  • Don’t use salt or vinegar-based cleaning agents to remove scale or scale related stains. This may damage the surface or finish of the Asco product.
  • Special color combination products should not be rubbed by emery paper/cleaning power. This can cause abrasion.
